How effective is Chiropractice treatment?

It is important to understand that chiropractic is a profession
and not a single treatment. Chiropractors use a package of
treatment interventions such as manual therapy and spinal
manipulation, acupuncture, advice about pain control, lifestyle
and exercise that have been shown by research evidence to be
effective and recommended by the National Instittue for Health
and Clinical Excellence (NICE) Back Pain Guideines 2009
(www.nice.org.uk/CG88).

So the evidence is for the interventions that chiropractors
use which are the most effective for the treatment of neck
and back pain.
